"We loved our stay at this cottage on the lake. There was plenty of space for my husband, son and I. We loved the indoor and outdoor space. It was super clean and my son loved the loft bed. The access to the beach was a great feature too. We loved walking to the water and playground each day. The view is unreal! Even though a lot of things in town were closed we loved Bolton Landing. It had cute shops and antiques. We also had a great dinner and enjoyed the brewery in town on the rainy day. "

"Todd was super responsive and helpful. A transformer blew in the area leaving all in the immediate region without power for part of out 2nd to last day, but Todd kept us updated so we knew how long to stretch our hike and puzzle making time :) highly recommend and will definitely return to this fabulous place. Comfortable, updated, lovely romantic rustic ambiance for our couple get-away. Great room Fireplace was wonderful as was outdoor fireplace."

"Wonderful quiet location in the woods. The cabin had everything we needed, we brought a laptop to stream videos at night when we were in and the area was great for hiking with the dog. Cell service was spotty all over the area but the cabin had excellent internet/wifi and a landline."

"This is my friend and my third time coming to the ADK region for vacation in the fall-this is by far our best experience yet. Joe not only sent an email with the check in process but also made sure I received it and had his cell phone number for any issues. The cabin was spotless and cozy- the little touches of decorations/candles gave it a very welcoming feel. The area was beautiful, so many places to hike and explore! It was great to have a fire by the river in the evenings and a cup of coffee...
