"The noise level of the hotel was unusual. The staff at the front desk would speak loudly to other staff who were on the first floor “balcony” like area, open to the lobby that was near the 2nd elevator. The beds were uncomfortable and were noisy when you rolled over."

"Staff was great. Nice and clean and breakfast was good. Assistant manager in the morning was great and helpful."

"The light switches didn’t work, the door knob in the bathroom was falling off, parts of the carpet were torn. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent, the towel bar in the bathroom was broken off the wall. The remote to the tv didn’t work and the bed was wildly uncomfortable. I would not recommend"

"We really enjoy this hotel. The staff is so friendly we decided to stay here a second time. The breakfast was okay. The room was nice and spacious."

"Everything was good—the service, the attention, and everything overall. We were given a room that had a strange smell, so we requested a change, and it was done without any problem. We stayed a weekend before for a night and everything was clean. I just feel that it’s a little expensive for what it is."
