"Large room balcony very clean. Lovely staff. Leo's place good food"

"Rooms don’t have safe, fridge nor coffee maker."

"Our family break turned into a nightmare. An aggressive guest was screaming, swearing and banging doors, leaving my two autistic children terrified. Despite reporting the situation to reception, we felt unsafe and were forced to leave early. We even had to involve the police. My son is still suffering from anxiety following the incident. Extremely disappointed with the hotel’s handling of our safety."

"Great breakfast & air conditioning!!"

"The hotel has been revamped from its holiday inn days and benefits by being a prime location for cruise passengers. However, the following issues are what I experienced or found during my 2 day stay. The fridge in the room didnt work (a message from Expedia was sent to the hotel manager I believe but no action was taken). The AC unit didnt supply any heat. The bar only took card payments and you couldn't book anything to the room. Check in was slow due to a 'new system' being implemented. The...

"My friend and I came for our 60 th birthdays and had an amazing relaxing time. We will be back again. Thank you😊"

"Great place, we loved it! If you have a room with a loft be careful with the stairs, they're very steep. Very friendly staff and great restaurant on site."

"駅から徒歩5分程度で近所にはファストフードのお店も有り便利。"

"Room was what we needed, hotel was nice and traditional , decor was great, service was good but cappuccino was cold"

"Lovely room, unfortunately the sofa bed had not been made-up prior to our check-in, however a quick visit to the very helpful Reception soon sorted this, along with an extra cup and towels for the third person. Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and pleasant too."

"The staff were very helpful"

"I think this property is great for a short stay to catch a cruise. The staff was super friendly and the room was small but clean. TGI Fridays and McDonald's was right outside the front door just a few hundred steps away. You can easily walk to the Horizon Cruise Terminal although we grabbed an Uber because it was raining. This only cost around 9 Euro, so it wasn't a big deal. I would have no problem staying here again"

"Room was clean. I liked that there was a bath as well as a shower, Only stayed for one night, but overall An enjoyable night."

"Spa was amazing"

"Great location, facilities and parking. Large practical rooms and friendly staff. Only drawback was rooms are dated with no air conditioning. Same with my particular en-suite bathroom, large and dated. Water pressure was poor so showering not great idea. However for a short stop highly recommended."

"This was our first stay at a Village Hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was mixed. The Club Room was clean, but the decor and layout felt more like student accommodation than an upgraded hotel room. The bathroom’s glass door offered limited privacy, and we were surprised to find only one welcome sweet provided for two guests. We had reserved a table in the restaurant, but when we arrived, it was very busy and our table was occupied by other guests, so we decided to leave. An additional...
