"Really outdated facility and poor room conditions. Not recommended for just a business day night : must wait I until 3pm to get the room and must leave before 11 (you pay for less than a day then …) Have asked high floor room and get the lowest floor possible as well … Nevermind … Location is great though. No breakfast available."

"Convenient location on a quiet, tree-lined, residential street. Pet-friendly is a plus. Staff was friendly. Rooms are basic, if a bit dated, especially the funny kitchenettes. The bathroom had been fairly recently updated. Room for improvement: Only two towels provided in the bathroom; no extra blankets. We stayed on an unseasonably cool, spring night and the fan coil unit in the room seemed only able to produce cold air. We were cold."

"The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. "

"This property seemed brand new, very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Location is right near the ballpark neighborhood. Check in time is late (4pm) with no chance of getting in earlier and 11am check out. So, really, you only get a 19 hour stay. It is a very walkable area. ,"

"Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology."
