"My only con is the communal microwave."

"There were mini complications upon my arrival. No key cards the ENTIRE stay & charging me twice, due to their error. Disregarding that, the front desk staff member was very accommodating. He was very patient with me & my plus one. Overall, a great experience. I booked the jacuzzi room. I must say, I just might book again. No complaints about the room. No complaints about the staff, they were very understanding. 7/10 review, if I had a key card & wasn’t charged two amounts it would’ve been a 10."

"Wasn't given a clear explanation of uses of amenities in the room. The television never worked. I was too tired to look at it but it would have been nice. The hotel was very nice and I really slept very well. Can't have everything. The staff was polite explanations could have been clearer for me about the amenities. The parking information was poor.."

"We stayed for seven days. It was uncomfortable to only have two forks two spoons. We had to wash every time we ate. It felt like the space had been sitting a while. There were lots of spiderwebs. The fans had a coat of dust on them. That was sickening. This is my first negative review ever! I appreciated the beautiful Patuxent river and the quick response and communication with the owner. We feel like we just didn’t get the most bang for our buck. It was a splurge for us in an expensive room and...
