"Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI...

"Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV."

"Great location, beautiful property. Bed was comfy. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro. A different metro was 10 minutes the other direction. Plenty of options for food and groceries. Full kitchen was nice. Overall, it was a great place I'd stay at again. "

"Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. "The property exactly in the pictures. Very spacious for a family of 7, sheets are nice and clean, bathroom spotless, 5 minutes walk to nearest train station, kitchen well supplied. Thank you Diana for accomodating us. We will visit again!"

"We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! My family of 5 was able to comfortably sprawl out and enjoy ourself. Thank you Margarita! Your home was so lovely. "

"Location is excellent. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Space was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Lots of light and windows. Host was helpful and able to accommodate my schedule needs too. "
