"Came for GWU orientation. Love the access in walking distance of all things GW, including the metro stop. Clean boutique-style in a residential/college area. If you’re coming to visit GW, the ARC is perfect."

"Placemkr was great. The room we stayed in was spacious and well appointed. It had a full kitchen and washer / dryer. There were two negatives. One is the parking garage. We werent given a code, so we had to call to figure out what to do. We blocked traffic while the front desk opened the door for us. The second negative was partying. The staff allowed apartment stayers to party till 4am three of the four nights we were there. Loud, screaming, drunk partying. "

"Great property and very friendly staff at the The Stacks but since this is a new unit there was issues with check-in and getting the unit I picked out as well as issues inside the unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed."

"Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV."

"We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED! My family of 5 was able to comfortably sprawl out and enjoy ourself. Thank you Margarita! Your home was so lovely. "

"The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. "The room was very comfortable and spacious. I loved how quiet the building was. I could not hear the neighbors at all! Everything was so clean. I will get a room here again in the future."

"Great stay, everything just as depicted in listing. I was disappointed we did not have a keurig for coffee. I texted the host and we had a keurig within the hour! The location is very close to DC attractions. The neighborhood was definitely different after dark, but we never felt unsafe. Great family trip! Definitely recommend."
