"Spa was nice a little busy but not overwhelming. Bar staff could show a lot more courtesy and some general hospitality. We were left just standing at the bar for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged until one of the waitress came off the floor to take our order, felt slightly uncomfortable like we weren’t welcome. "I arrived just before 7pm to find a queue of people in the lobby, it quickly became apparent that there was an issue, a technical one. You had just one single member of staff on reception who was trying to deal with it. However it was a struggle and it took over half an hour to be acknowledged, let alone get a room.
