"Tim has a fantastic house. It's modern, clean, and well stocked. He is easy to reach and communication was easy. The house is within walking distance to the beach, however, it is on a steep hill and may not be easy for all. I would recommend having a car for ease of getting around. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Dwelling Place. The unit was stocked well and all we had to do was bring ourselves, our belongings and any food we wanted to eat/cook. The A/C upon arrival was set at a comfortable level and was easy to adjust. We were provided w/ extra bath towels, beach towels and toilet paper.
