"Great room and great breakfast options. Beautiful space tucked in very close to the city mall, car rental places and the airport. We drove in for our flight the next day and it was perfect. Despite being right next to the airport it was very well insulated and we barely heard the planes take off. The beds were also comfortable and though we didn’t use it there was a nice pool area. "Only 30 min from the airport, up in the coffee covered hills above the very vibrant Alajuela neighborhood, is the best, not too expensive hotel in San Jose. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds and gardens, nice food and a very relaxing setting. We really enjoy spending our last night, after puddle jumping and before getting on that big old jet liner, just decompressing in affordable luxury. Go there, you'll be glad you did."

"Fresh food. They microwave the Huevos Rancheros so one may ask them to avoid that if you order it. Good morning breakfast service but it would be ideal to have a Buffet where one does not have to wait and one can get whatever one wants... and not order and wait 10mins for the breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the bed was firm. Room was clean and everything was great."

The location was also perfect, close to the airport but not noisy and very convenient with lots of food and shopping nearby."
