"Booked 2 cottages for a 50th birthday celebration. 1 of the cottages the plates were filthy and there was a musty smell. The other cottage we kept getting locked out and having to get management out to open the door. I was on crutches, the able bodied couple in front of us managed to get a ground floor room but I had to climb up two flights of stairs to reach our room. Only downside was the shower pressure was very up and down and went from very hot to very cold and couldn't get a constant temperature temperature (plus there was no toilet roll but guess that was just an oversight)"
