"Getting in and out are easy, just use the code in their app. However I have booked the river view room specifically but I was given a room that is facing the street and to another building (North side), with a glimpse of the bridge at the last window.. I called the customer service number and they have swiftly changed me to the one that is actually facing the river (West side) and it was perfect. Beautiful view and very clean room. Elevator is available after you reach the 1st floor. Everything...

"I got a studio apartment, which was huge in size and well-equipped with the basics. It is situated on a main street, though the noise due to the double windows is not bad. Might be a problem for more sensitive people. The location is excellent and the place is very clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. "
