*Check In/Check Out* – Check in is at 4PM, your key code will not work until 4PM the day of check in. Check out is promptly at 10AM. These check in and out times are critical for our cleaners to totally turnover and sanitize the home from top to bottom between guests.

We are available via Airbnb Messenger during business hours, 9AM-6PM. To consolidate platforms so that both of us have our eyes on incoming questions, apologies but no phone or text.

This location is unbeatable – just minutes walking distance to the world-famous Crystal Beach on one side, and all the entertainment Destin has to offer on the other. Just one block away is the Destin Commons featuring world-class shopping, movies, restaurants, and ice cream shops! Several golf courses within a couple miles. Publix and Whole Foods less than a half mile away.

For the adventurous – we highly recommend checking out Baytowne Wharf and then making your way for a day trip visiting all the cute towns along the Insta-worthy 30A drive

1. Parking – Up to three (3) cars can park in the driveway MAXIMUM. Feel free to have a couple wheels on the mulch on both sides of the home so all three can file in, or just have one car box the other two in. There is also overflow parking around the pool and at the end of Kono Way (next to the mailboxes). The HOA does not allow parking on street.

2. Provided Items & Supplies – An initial setup of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners are provided for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO COFFEE.

3. Family Rental Only – All guests MUST be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parents. Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit and the party will not be permitted.

4. Maximum Occupancy – This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 16 people, children included. This is strictly enforced by the City of Destin and resort.

5. Smoking – This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250, there will be an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages

6. Pets – No pets, no exceptions. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be asked to leave.

7. Candles/Flames – Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles.

8. HOA Rules – Sorry no trailers, RVs, boats, or jet skis. Golf carts are OK!

Beautiful house, great location, great hosts!

We had a great stay in Destin at this beautiful house! The house is beautifully decorated, spacious, and well laid out. There were plenty of rooms and hang-out places from living room to the various porches around the house on all floors. The beach was a short walk and though there was a shuttle, we just walked since it was so close. Also the pool is beautiful, well laid out also, and very close to the house. It was great with the waterfalls in the middle and the separate arms created nice congregating areas. Also nice was the hot tub and lots of outdoor clean off showers. The hosts were super easy to work with and it was a great experience!

Not quite a 10 in my view

This property is in a good location with a great pool. The hosts are very responsive to issues you have. However this property is over advertised in my view. The furnishings were very inexpensive and not always comfortable. The bar stools, some of which they replaced for us were too short to be of any use unless you are a center in the NBA. The kitchen is adequate but lacks things like sharp knives and enough silverware to accommodate all the unit says it holds. If you are planning to feed a large family this may not be your best choice. That being said it is a great spot and you will have a great vacation here if you don’t want to cook much and just need a spot for home base. The beds are comfy. The hosts very nice.

A property near the pool and easy to access from highway.

We went to the beach three or four days. Rented a boat and visited the pool often. Also, we ate at various restaurants on Emerald highway. Totally enjoyable time. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

Perfect for family get away

We loved this place! Plenty of room for 14 of us and centrally located so whatever we needed was just 10-15 minutes away! Everything g was just as specified on the listing. Would definitely stay here again!!

This 3 story house exceeded all our expectations, making our vacation an unforgettable experience. The location is unbeatable, easy access to the nearby beaches and pools. The house itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a 3 patios perfect for family gatherings and sunsets. We felt right at home, and the management company was responsive and accommodating. Mother’s Day Getaway

Arrived after 4 at 6 something and the cleaners were just there getting it cleaned. They were very kind so we went and ate, came back for unpacked and had so much fun! The manager/ owner was super nice and even allowed us a late check out which made upour time missed at check in. Great experience and great owner! So glad we made this trip.

Excellent Property walking distance from the private beach

We spent our last week of Dec in this property and everyone enjoyed the stay. Vlad and Megan were excellent host. The property was neat and well maintained and 13-15 people can comfortably stay.Destin has lot to offer.. beautiful beaches , dolphin cruises and lot of restaurants.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Had a small hiccup with check in, but owners were very sympathetic and made accommodations for the inconvenience. Big place. Everything you need for a beach trip is available in the house or just down the street. Walked to the best several times. Would book again!

Large beautiful property

My family, parents, sisters, brother-in-laws, and niece and nephews take a beach trip every other year. It is hard to find a property that will hold all 14 of us. This house was beautiful and held us all with plenty of room. The use of the complimentary shuttle makes it easy to tote children to and from the beach. The pool is very large so there is plenty of room without feeling crowded. We reached out to the owners a couple of times with questions and they responded very quickly and were so happy to help! My family would definitely recommend this property!
