There is another full bathroom accessible from the hall finished with a glass shower fully equipped with a rainforest shower head as well as a handheld shower head and a single vanity with an upscale sink. To the rear of the house you will find a media room with two unique murphy beds that fold down from the wall. One is a queen and the other is a twin and they both have luxury thick mattresses. This room boasts access to the rear entry by the pool and sundeck. On the 2nd floor of the main house, you will find the incredible chefs' kitchen with everything you need to cook in style along with a Viking four burner gas stove which also has a BBQ grill and flat grill built into it, a large stainless fridge and freezer, a great wine fridge, built in wine rack, two ovens, a counter prep sink, and a large and deep stainless farmers sink. There is a convenient half bath in the hall of the 2nd floor just opposite a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the exquisite teak dining table with plenty of seating next to the kitchen or sit around the exotic imported blue bahia granite kitchen counter. Just across from the dining area, the living room offers a quiet retreat with a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, built in bookcases, a new sofa sleeper with two beautiful coastal chairs and access to the front balcony where you will find a 2 patio tables and chairs. Away from it all, you will find the king master bedroom on the third floor with fine bedding, a private master bathroom finished out with travertine and granite, a jet tub with a flat screen TV built in to watch as you relax, a separate walk in tile and glass shower with rainforest shower head, separate water closet, his and hers vanities with granite counters, and a master closet fit for a king and queen. Down the hall, you will find a triple bunk bed with three twin beds each having their own tv. The 3rd floor also offers a balcony facing the east and another facing the west so you won't have any problems seeing the sun rise or set over top of the beautiful crystal beaches. In between the main house and the carriage house is the oasis where you will find a private pool and whirlpool that has heating available for a daily or weekly fee. Your serenity pool is very large and provides plenty of room for all. With lots of seating options, you will have plenty of time to enjoy comfortably hanging around the pool with all your friends. Located close by you will also find an outdoor shower. The main floor to the carriage house is where you will find the cabana room It features a 70 inch tv that can be viewed from the pool, a kitchenette, a full bathroom and indoor seating. Upon going upstairs, you will see a fully equipped kitchen, a cafe height table with two tall chairs, double stacked washer/dryer, a full bathroom with walk in shower, as well as the bedroom. The bedroom offers custom built 1000 year old sinker cypress beds. There are two queen size beds and two twin beds all setup as a unique bunk style room. There is also access to the 2nd floor balcony with great views of the Gulf and the pool. Up to the third floor, you will see a wet bar area, and just out the door you will find a large sun tanning balcony with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and surrounding community.
