"Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Our room was spacious and attractive, and the property is quiet and peaceful. One suggestion would be to add a second chair and maybe an end table in the TV viewing area in our room because there is a nice amount of space for two people to sit. The location is within easy drives to Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. We stayed four nights and enjoyed out time at Onsen Hotel very much. We did not use any...

"The staff was very helpful. There was only one ice machine that didn't work, so we went three days without ice. We were told to go to the restaurant and pay $1.00 for some ice. To check in early, you had to pay an extra $40.00, and since we were from out of town and arrived early, we had to wait a couple of hours. The TV in the room is 38 inches, about the size of a computer screen. The floors were slanted, and I felt like I had vertigo. I really don't think I will stay there again. Oh, and...

"Significant amount mold in the bathroom, plus a cockroach friend. Hair pushed into the corner. The pool looked nice, but we were there during a windstorm. Upkeep would go a long way! "
