"Very clean and updated. Air conditioning works well, as well as a very nice pool. Nice kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, small fridge, microwave. Breakfast room with nice snacks, water, and more coffee. Very, very quiet. The bed and high quality sheets were an extra bonus! Slept like a rock! This was our second time staying here and we will be back!"

"My stay at The Colony Palms had some highlights aesthetically, but overall the service and experience did not live up to expectations...especially given the price point. "First time in 30 years we did not get the room we asked for. Place seems like it hasn’t been refreshed in a decade. The room next to us kept opposite hours from other guests - hence we didn’t sleep through the night once in nine nights, and hotel would do nothing about it. Turns out they had been there almost 30 days. Seems the place is being used for temporary housing. "
