Welcome to Desert Sky Ranch! A modern ranch style property located in the heart of the Coachella Valley. This 1920’s built house has been fully renovated into a gorgeous ranch home. Situated on 2 acres, the whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Desert Sky Ranch is located in Sky Valley which is only 20 minutes to Palm Springs; 30 minutes to Joshua Tree and 10 minutes to the new Acrisure Arena!

This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is the perfect desert getaway for large groups. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, then you’ve found your spot. Desert Sky Ranch provides a rustic, yet modern place to relax and take in the 360 degree view of the mountains , breathtaking sunsets, and star filled evening sky. We provide an abundance of outdoor activities and games to keep your group entertained throughout your stay!

Located only 20 minutes from Palm Springs (downtown and airport) allows you to easily get to the main city, yet far enough to enjoy your own private vacation without the restrictive noise ordinance of Palm Springs.

POOL/SPA HEATING:
There is an optional daily charge of $150 for pool and spa heating. Spa only, is $65 per day. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa when not in use. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready to go when you arrive. Payment can be made via VRBO or another form of payment.

-Can share the bathroom with the master bedroom

- Great arrangement for kids with parents sleeping in the master bedroom

RODEO ROOM (bedroom #5)
- Queen bed
-A private room with its own entrance outside of the house
-This room can only be accessed through the outside of the house
- The entrance to the room is the second door from the main house entrance
-Full bathroom with walk in shower

DESERT ROSE (bedroom #6)
- A private separate room with its own entrance across from the main house (to the right of the pool when standing under the barn frame).

HOUSE RULES:

**No parties or events are permitted at the property

**No smoking allowed in the house or outside near open doors or windows. Failure to comply will result in an additional $1,000 damage cleaning fee

Per county regulations, moderate outdoor music is permitted with quiet hours beginning at 10pm through 7am. Quiet hours applies to outdoor noise. Although the properties in this area are quite spread out, noise does carry and we want to be respectful of the full time neighbors.

COACHELLA/STAGECOACH:
We are located 25 minutes to the Empire Polo Club (event venue). If you are in need of transportation to the events, we offer rides via our 16 passenger van. Please inquire, if interested.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK OUT:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in or late check out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75 and payment must be provided upon request. Late check out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs ample time to sanitize and clean before the next guests arrival. In the event that we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend your stay for the day or night at a special rate.

PET POLICY:
We are dog friendly! Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be accompanying you. A $150 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning is needed after check out, $100 is refunded and $50 goes towards your pet’s stay. Two pet maximum. Please keep pets off of all furniture. Under no circumstance, are pets allowed in the pool!

PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION :
If you are in need of transportation for your whole group (ie- to Palm Springs), we offer transportation services via our 16 passenger van. Airport pick up as well. Please inquire for pricing if interested.

EXTRA AMENITIES:
We now offer concierge services! Refrigerator and pantry stocking, cake pick up and delivery, floral arrangements, private chef, private poolside yoga classes and more. Inquire for pricing.
