"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

"Booked a room with a "View" for 4th of July. The plan was to watch the show whilst our 8 week old slept however we did not get a view. When I spoke to Front desk about this they just said we booked the last room and Expedia shouldn't have sold it. Irrelevant to me, however I explained I still booked a room with a view based on my circumstances and another FD Agent said I needed to book a room titled "Fountain View" and not just "View", I am unsure how I would have know this prior to the stay?...

"We would absolutely would stay at this lovely place again. First class kitchen and appliances, contemporary, thoughtful decor, best views of the sunrise ever from all spaces (even the bedroom!). Fountain Hills and Maricopa County trails were close by and made for super exploring close to home."

"First of all, the staff was helpful and kind. Parking fee is ridiculous. We were told the daily fee was initiated because of the patrons that trespass because they were kicked out of Talking Stick and park in lot and sleep in their car. Back in the day, hotels gave a placard for parking without a fee. Is paper that expensive? Pool area. No shower, no bathroom, the pool area itself was filthy, the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Need more umbrellas, music would be...
