"This house is absolutely gorgeous and the spaces for the most part were curated well. The price was very reasonable. The communication with the host was quick. While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. The largest issue was that online it appears you are renting a whole house which is why we chose to rent with this host. We wanted our privacy and not to be in an apartment . "Parking stinks in Newburyport but you can’t beat the location of this studio apartment. A yapping dog in a neighboring room seemed to be quickly handled by the property owner which we appreciated. Make sure you understand parking restrictions/time limits of the parking beforehand. A great place to explore from and go back to at the end of the night but not necessarily a comfortable room to retreat to on a getaway. "

"Great cottage for my family. It had everything we needed to live for the week we stayed. After i made a mistake for booking, Dan made sure we were all set for payment and it was no problem. I would highly recommend this property."

"My son was getting at married at StoneBridge Country Club and we needed a house for out of town guests. This property was perfect! Close to the venue and big enough for several guests. Frank was always quick to respond to any questions I had."

"This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. "

"The house is very nice however, the floors are a little slanted and uneven. The bathtub has no grip handle and we found it a little uncomfortable getting in and out. The bathmat smelled moldy, luckily we bought our own and did not use theirs.When taking a shower, the bathtub did not drain well it filled up to about 3 inches while taking a shower. "The pictures do not do this beautiful setting justice! We were expecting something much smaller than what we presented with when we arrived. The hosts are unbelievably accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and were quickly on site if we had any questions. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to spend on the property. If we are back in the area next year, we will definitely be trying to book here again!! Thank you for such an amazing experience! "

"I was attending a concert at SNHU arena with 2 friends and this location was a short drive to the venue. We just needed somewhere to crash for one night and this apartment was clean, had 3 comfortable beds, and the shower worked well. "
