"We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta! The location was perfect and walkable to many things. The only disappointment was the fact that the pool was closed. Other than that we had a great stay!"

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver
"Our room was dirty, and we were not given the room we had paid for originally. Once we told the receptionist about our room being dirty, they were not able to transfer us to another room and said they would do so the following night and never did. They gave us new blankets after requesting."
