A modern 4-bedroom duplex that offers an unforgettable coastal experience. Situated right on Denhams Beach, this residence is a true gem in one of the most sought-after holiday locations in the shire.

As you step into this beautiful home, prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking coastal views. With direct access to Denhams Beach, your days can be filled with the soothing sounds of waves and the serenity of the ocean breeze.

Tastefully furnished and thoughtfully designed, this duplex caters to all your needs, ensuring that your stay is enjoyed. The open-plan living space on the main floor becomes a great space for relaxation.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has an ensuite and becomes a private sanctuary, offering comfort. Wake up to the sight and sound of the ocean, rejuvenating your spirit as you prepare for the day ahead.

Two large decks provide the perfect setting to bask in the beauty of Denhams Beach, offering panoramic views that promise stunning sunrises and memorable moments.

Parking is available for two cars, with a single lock-up garage ensuring secure storage for guests' convenience.

For those who appreciate local offerings, cafes, restaurants, and shops of Surf Beach are nearby, ensuring that you can easily explore the local flavors and experiences.

Fantastic location

An enjoyable week (28/10 to 5/11) in this great accommodation. Fantastic access to beach and marvellous uninterrupted sea views - so relaxing watching the tide ebb and flow… Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. However, do believe the accommodation could benefit from handrails to steps and stairs!! Certainly would look to stay here again.

Fabulous view, perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was lovely, with spectacular views. It had everything we needed for our short stay & the location was perfect for us. A short, easy stroll to & from the beautiful beach, with a very short drive to the shops (or a good walk!)

Favourite Coast Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The view is amazing. There is plenty of space and so close to the beach! Easy walk around to surf beach and lovely rock pools for the kids to explore.

For the price we paid it was as shock as there was no linen or towels supplied

Nice location although the car park drive way was a bit difficult. Booking agent needs some lessons in manners. No linen or towels this was the only property on our two week trip that didn’t supply.

Fabulous location!

Overall we had a great stay. It had everything we needed, & we loved that the kitchen was so well equipped. It’s a beautiful house in the best location. The only negative would be that it could have been cleaner. The floors were not clean & the outside areas were also very dirty so you could tell it had been that way for a while. Also there is no wifi so we couldn’t access Netflix on the smart tv. We tried the DVD player instead but it wasn’t working properly so that was also disappointing. Other than that though, we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect view

If you need a place to stay with the perfect view of the beach and ocean, this place is you. Everything you need in the kitchen. If you are in need of mobile reception or wifi, this is not the place for you. Little to no reception across all main providers and no wifi. There is AC downstairs but not upstairs, so I can imagine it will be very hot upstairs.

Lovely property, wonderful location

We had a wonderful short stay at this property and didn’t want for anything. Stunning views, beachfront and relaxing. The real estate agency in charge are unfortunately unpleasant to deal with, however this did not affect the property itself. Would recommend!
