The staff were very cold when we first approached the front desk with the male completely ignoring us. It is nice that they allow you to use showers especially when you arrive after driving over night. However they need locked doors on the showers as it was a very uneasy feeling. "No spa or pool - maintenance time . No hot water for showers. One bed too soft room 830. No microwave so I couldn’t eat my left over delicious biscuits and gravy. But, excellent food for breakfast and in the bar. Didn’t ruin our stay but I will pick a different hotel next time."

"We very much enjoyed this hotel. It had a good central location, only a few blocks from Broadway street so we were able to walk everywhere. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We did not make any use of the hotel restaurant so we cannot speak to that. The workout room was a bit sparse but about what one would expect at a hotel. The only minor issue we had was that we felt that the housekeeping came rather late in the day, if at all, and we had to call...

"So perfect to have a full kitchen and living room space to spread out and relax in while in between enjoying all Nashville has to offer. There is a parking fee which I was unaware of but the overall experience was great and I would stay here again. Clean. Spacious. In room laundry. Cool vibe."
