The young man that was at the front desk for overnight Travaris Holmes was very nice, the morning person (female) I can't say the same. Not really approachable, never smiled and greeted certain guest. Housekeeping employees were excellent and a pleasure to work with along with the hotel engineer and let me not forget the ladies in the breakfast area. "We were really surprised how comfortable the bed and nice the room was for the amount of money. Felt like we were in a 4 star hotel room. Casino has smoking but the AC was on to filter it out. Did not have to go thru casino to get to the room. Plenty of free parking "
