I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional. Once I got to my room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, it smelled strongly of smoke. The room also did not appear to be properly cleaned. The sheets and covers had visible stains, and one of the covers even had a burn hole in it. If you are just looking for a quick, no-frills place to stay, it may be fine. However, basic cleanliness and customer service should be improved.

Lack of staff support when checking out in the morning. Room smelled like mold and smoke. Lots of bugs in the bathroom and room in general. Brown stains on towels and moldy shower. Paper thin walls. Would never stay here ever again.

Hold Owner Accountable

Upon arrival, I observed that the room appeared to be either uncleaned or unused, as evidenced by spider webs on the keypad. Despite this, I entered the room, opened the drapes, and found numerous dead flies. Later that night, I inadvertently stepped on a cockroach that had not been present earlier. Fortunately, I had Clorox wipes and Lysol spray, as well as paper towels, which I used to clean the room. As a guest, is it my responsibility to clean the room, or is it the hotel's obligation to provide a clean and sanitary environment? Due to my exhaustion from the long trip, I chose not to escalate the issue. Unfortunately, the hotel's advertised amenities, including breakfast, were not available, which will deter me from visiting this establishment again.

I reserved two rooms for two nights because of the pictures that were shown on the website which are absolutely not this hotel it showed a beautiful lobby with couches not true you don't even walk in the lobby pay for your room through a window there is absolutely no continental breakfast not even coffee was available. It showed a gorgeous pool not there it's a dirt hole. There was garbages overflowing everywhere bugs all over cockroaches in the rooms in the beds deporable hotel. When I first got the keys for the rooms they were upstairs is stated there was elevators available no such thing nasty upstairs and the first room we come up to the door open being used by the workers has their tools plugged in the outlet and using the restrooms no tissue in it and the workers are right outside the rooms spray painting right where the rooms are that they rented us. They were supposed to be microwave refrigerator for us to use including Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi only worked when you was in the lobby area and the microwave was in one room disgusting with and no fridge and the other room had the refrigerator that was disgusting iced over couldn't be used. There was absolutely nothing at the place that resembled any of the pictures on your website it's false advertising and this should never happen to anyone. I had the rooms reserved and was unable to cancel had to stay because I had to drive for 11hours from Illinois to Mississippi for a funeral. I need to be reimbursed, I have photos and videos

I was lead to believe that it was a well kept astablishment from the photos, but it's anything but, This place was filthy, the rooms was unfinished, & they had roaches, & dead bugs that was visible, & very unsatisfactory to even sleep in, I'm asking for a full refund, because their ad is Extremely False Advertisement !!!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was a disappointment. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we parked, we saw the building was under active painting. In our room, a man was directly outside our window scraping paint—and clearly looking in—making us feel unsafe. The bedding was just a stained sheet, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Between the lack of cleanliness, privacy, and basic hospitality, we checked out immediately and booked another hotel.

Pictures were deceitful.

Rooms were horrible and room supplies were dirty and dingy. Tv and refrigerator did not work and was moldy, toilet backed up and blue strips over locks with no secure lock, could see under the door to the outside where workers were banging and clearing out rooms at 2 in the morning. Had requested 2 rooms for 2 nights and they had one room in area with no lighted path and bed frames and dressers stacked at room. Slept with one eye open because no other hotel had availability because it was after midnight when we arrived. Checked out at first daylight and drove somewhere else and got another hotel that services people.

Would not stay GIn

The phone in the room didn't work. Toilet paper had no roll it just sat on the counter. The metal frame underneath the made popping sound whenever I sat or laid down. Cars out front were abandoned with flate tire and broken windows. Numerous mattresses were piled up outside the building. Air conditioner unit had rust all over it.

I was scared to walk up to the room, that place was dirty, dark and creepy. I did not even walk into a room because it looked like an abandoned property. I immediately left.

Lots of rooms. But they are not so clean. And only one towel, one wash rag, for double occupancy. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Door security lock missing. Did not take AARP. Charged my c.c. card prior to check in

I like how they are renovating the hotel. I give them an "A" for how they are working to upgrade the hotel. I would like to see it once the upgrading is complete. For the price, I cannot rate them out of respect for what they are attempting to complete. I wish them God's speed..
