"Jan gave my wife a bottle of wine for her birthday and we really appreciated it but unfortunately we are both diabetics and don’t drink. Cabin is in a great location and the wild turkeys were awesome!"

"My Mom, her dog, and I had a wonderful stay at the shipping container. It was such a peaceful place to spend a night on our cross country road trip. When we travel, we look for places that are a bit isolated, have running water, and are near cool spots to go for walks. This property met all of our criteria and was beautiful on top of it!"

"Very cute cabin! We had a wonderful time! The hot tub is on a covered porch overlooking the peaceful woods! There is a house/cabin within view when in hot tub. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed, even a few extras like spices (so nice to see)! Cabin was so clean and smelled good! My husband and I had a wonderful time sitting on the porch! There is Wi-Fi but no service with T-Mobile-which was a blessing to us! A perfect do nothing get away for any couple ❤️"

"Lovely historical house, with all the amenities. Cute general store with beer and delicious breakfast sandwiches. We absolutely love staying here! We are conflicted, we want to keep it our secret little hide away so it stays open for us, but the hosts and house are so amazing we had to leave a good review! 10/10!"

"This cottage home and property always in top condition. Have been there about four times through the years and always have loved it! Our dog has room to enjoy outside, cleanliness is great, and ice cream at the general store! "

"But there were ants EVERYWHERE. They were crawling on all of our food and even up my arms as I was trying to cook. Also, the listing had a washer dryer as a listed amenity, but they were locked up and inaccessible. Otherwise house was plenty of room good location. "

"We stayed here for our annual ladies trip to Amish Country. WOW! This place has everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing weekend! The well maintained hot tub and outdoor electric fire pit were perfect after a day of shopping and petting goats! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were well stocked with lovely soaps and bath bombs and the living room has plenty of seating and throw blankets to end the day with a movie in comfort! Highly recommend this beautiful...

"We had a travel JO volleyball tournament in Sherrodsville this property was 10 min away. Super convenient to go to Eastern Ohio Sports Complex! We stayed in early April and they did not have the golf cart out of winter storage yet. But lots of pillows in the upstairs room at the top of the steps.Lots of towels and blankets stored upstairs also! Bring K-cups they had a keurig but they also provided coffee and creamer! Very accommodating. It was not right on the lake but you could see the lake...
