"We did not have a direct view of the beach, we had a side view, but you still can not beat the area and ease of getting down to the beach. You only have to walk a short distance to get the view you desire. The pool was nice and has a wonderful view of the ocean. There is work being done on the railroad tracks but it did not bother us, it did obstruct the views from the lower units that would normally have a direct view of the ocean"

"Our family of 8 adults were all comfortable and had plenty of space. The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to Del Mar area restaurants.The only recommendation would be to improve the beach chairs, umbrella toys. Most of what is there isn’t useable. But overall a great stay and we would visit again."

"Lodging was clean and had everything we wanted. Location is convenient to many area attractions. Very convenient to Del Mar restaurants and Torrrey Pines. Several good places to eat within walking distance. The host shared great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We especially enjoyed the private deck overlooking the lagoon. We highly recommend and would love to visit again. "

"We had an excellent stay in Del Mar! The house was just a advertised, very clean, and perfect for our family of 4. Very quiet neighborhood, close drive to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops (just note it's an uphill walk to get to the main street), and close drive to the grocery store. Property manager was great to work with. We would definitely recommend staying here. "
