"We needed a place to stay overnight after our flight out of Chicago was canceled. This place had rooms available so we booked one. The room was spacious, clean, and just what we needed. We were surprised and grateful for the washer/dryer too. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very friendly."

"Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions."

"We stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, there was a water leak from a ceiling window and a gap that allowed rain and snow inside. The leak and window were fixed right away, which we appreciated, but we still experienced a very loud, constant noise from the vent above the stove that kept us up, and maintenance said nothing could be done. "Property was garden units and they didn't list as garden units
Second when we got there bed was broke later management did call inform us before was broke but we been there 4 hours already they did offer different units however they didn't have units with kitchen so we ended up with staying next day maintenance guys came fixed the bed
It was easy to get airport and highway other than that I wouldn't stay especially clean fees $150 + another service fees for $60 it's not worth $700 for 3 nights"

"Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again."
