"This was our first trip to Long Island, and it was perfect! The cottage had the most beautiful views, and we spent every evening outside watching the sun set over the water. Debbie and Phil (as well as everyone we met on the island) were extremely friendly and had great suggestions for things to do, where to eat, and places to visit. It was the perfect place to celebrate our engagement, and we will absolutely be back for the honeymoon!! Couldn’t ask for anything better! "

"Cottage was exactly as we'd hoped - secluded (careful on the dirt road in; potholes abound), quiet, and just steps from the beach. House had all the amenities we could possibly have asked for, and the property manager proved professional and helpful. "Best of both worlds, the beach and the pool. Was nice to be able to walk or swim to Tiny's Hurricane Hole. The house was roomy and nice, only draw back was would have been nice to have AC in the main living area and kitchen. We were able to use a fan and force air from one of the bedrooms. The house is a duplex but no one was staying on the other side and there were no neighbors close by.I would recommend this house."

"Beautiful location just like pictures on site. Probably better, quiet and tranquil, just what was needed. WiFi worked well, streaming with Netflix was an added bonus. Beach access is a breeze, garage onsite appears to be some light water sport items which we did not use, lounge chairs where there also.
