"Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. "This house is nothing short of amazing! We felt like we were on our own island. It is so nice having a private pool and beach right at your back door, and the water is so beautiful. We even had a sea turtle swim along the shore. The house is about 10 minutes from Georgetown, 5 minutes from Blu, and 30 from Santanna’s, so it’s in a great location. The beds are super comfy. We had 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again and again. "

"This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!"

"Roseann and Michael are exactly what you want in a host. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Friendly. The property is well maintained, plenty of supplies. We were stuck in a storm one day and they found us the one spot on the island that was open and serving food and drinks. We will definitely rent from them again. "
