"We were able to book this amazing property for our father from Australia. The booking was made super easy thanks to Keith's communication and the entire stay was without any issues. The house was everything we wanted for him to have a restful week, with level walks, easy access to groceries and all the mod cons needed for a comfortable stay. "Overall this property worked for what we needed it to. Pros were the great price, in a decent area not busy city, could come and go as we wished. Cons were the WiFi was spotty, there were dead ants on the window sill, no cups for the Keurig, shower always got water outside of it because of the gaps in the glass. All minor things that we adjusted to. "

"The pictures are NOT accurate. We did not even stay 2 hrs. Mouse poop on floor, no stove, no washer or dryer. Patio covered in dirt chicken poop and leaves. Patio furniture was discusting and dirty. You didn't even want to sit on it. Yard. Not mowed. Junk sitting all over. Do not book"

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun."

"Everything was in good condition upon arrival, the host was very responsive even during late hours. The pool was perfect and we had a blast! My only concern was the beds and furniture were very uncomfortable by the end of the stay but we were there for 8 days so what can you expect. It was a great stay for both of us and we would do it again for sure!"

"Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."
