"This was an older very basic motel, however we found the room to be very clean and the beds were comfortable, we checked in late and got up early on a drive home for Thanksgiving —-and for the price it suited our needs just fine. Small safe little town, not tons of dining options but if you need an overnight stay, book here. No frills but clean safe place to rest. Would stay again. "

"A nice surprise for Stephenville, Texas. This motel is fun! I went on Expedia.com to book room for an overnight stay to see family in the area. The photos suggested a vintage motel. When booking rooms, I was torn between the room with a waterbed, or the room with “golden fingers”. What? I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. "

"At first I thought this isn’t too bad. But when I went to bed I discovered there was only this thin so called bed spread for covers. The top sheet had been tucked in only to discover another top sheet. When I pulled the fist one back the one underneath it was dirty. My daughter was bitten by some kind of bug in the bed. The floor were swept and mopped but were still dirty. Make sure you wear sock to walk or your feet will be filthy. There are no plugs for hairdryers except at the lamp. ...

"The hotel is very well mantained, the personnel where super friendly, breakfast was delicious and with healthy options, cleanliness of the rooms was excelent. The only issue is we did not get the room cleaned one of the days of our stay."

"Great service. There were a couple of issues, but the staff rectified things very quickly. I need to dry my daughter’s jeans, but the dryer was broken. The front desk clerk had housekeeping put them in one of their industrial dryers! The milk had gone bad on the breakfast buffet, but the staff was quite apologetic and quickly replaced it once I brought it to their attention. Room was clean and cold. We will definitely be staying there again. "

"Room clean enough. Bathroom tub very slippery, almost fell. Corners throught especially in bathroom need better vacuuming. Need more Regular coffee packs and cream & sugar packs rather than just two. For 2 people i would have placed 4 Regular coffee servings and cream/sugar sets. AC didn't cool enough - had to borrow a fan from the front desk."

"This was a great hotel with free breakfast. The breakfast starts at 5:30 am which allowed us to eat before leaving at 6:00 am. It is not just a continental breakfast. They offered waffles, eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and pastries."

"This hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only issues we had was the conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty and the fire alarm went off at 3:36 am for no apparent reason. I would also bring my own pillows. That being said, it’s one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in a long time and the breakfast was really good. "
