"What a lovely property. The space is charming. Bright, clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was so comfortable and inviting with a deep sea of comforter and pillows .The view of the rolling green lawn and tall trees was such a treat to wake up to. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need, as was the bath. Much care and thoughtful attention had been given to make guests feel cozy and comfortable."

"We had the most fabulous time at this property. The entire house had everything we needed and the views were spectacular. The boat was a bonus. My family lives on the water in Florida as well so this just felt like home. Comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen made our time so amazing. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for sharing this Paradise on the lake."

"This is a nice place to stay that is not too far from home, but far enough for it to feel like you’re on a weekend getaway. Beautiful location that has access to calm and relaxing weekend or you’re up for some more active weekend getaway like fishing, swimming and kayaking "

"My husband and I were exploring a number of birding hotspots in the quiet corner and decided to try the treehouse. We woke to the dawn bird chorus (without any ambient road noise). Just dreamy!"

"We had a nice time there. Apartment was clean an host was very responsive the couple of times we had a questions."

"Was blown away by my stay. The space was wonderfully appointed, and everything was very clean and new! Check in and check out was a breeze, with a very generous 12pm checkout time! Would certainly stay here again! "

"The home was beautiful, even though it was clean the floor needed to be vacuumed there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and gnats all over the bathroom floor.There were no extra blankets for the pull out couch, so we had to purchase some. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. "

"We visited this property for a short stay and it meet our expectations for the value. Contact with host was easy and property manager coordinated return of a personal item we forgot which was so kind.This cottage makes good use of the space and the decore is fun. Pictures make it look slightly larger than it is and all bedrooms are open to other spaces but for our family that was not an issue. The yard is great and having the kayaks and paddle boards on-site is awesome!!! Our tweens and teen...

"Parking was great, apartment was clean, bathroom small, not enough hooks on doors to hang clothes or towels, ground floor sensor lights didn’t work, stairs are steep, challenging with groceries and luggage."

"My husband and I had a beautiful stay in Gertrude for two nights. The property is beautiful and feels secluded but is close and convenient to everything you need. The only thing to note is that the only cooking facilities are a small grill and a kettle for tea/coffee. Also a mini fridge. All worked perfectly, but good to know for planning!"

"Perfect spot to get away and unwind. Very cozy cabin on the lake. We enjoyed a nice fire in the backyard, kayaked in the morning and enjoyed some food on the grill. Very close to Tree House Farm and their Flagship brewery in Charlton. Day trip antiquing and made it to BT’s BBQ (a must).Quiet backroads made the trip from R and travel on our adventures a great way to unwind and appreciate nature."
