"Great property and very friendly staff at the The Stacks but since this is a new unit there was issues with check-in and getting the unit I picked out as well as issues inside the unit. Staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed."

"Location location location. Nice clean place, few concerns but nothing major. "

"We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor."

"Great stay, everything just as depicted in listing. I was disappointed we did not have a keurig for coffee. I texted the host and we had a keurig within the hour! The location is very close to DC attractions. The neighborhood was definitely different after dark, but we never felt unsafe. Great family trip! Definitely recommend."

"Perfect location for exploring DC. Easy walking distance to U St, AdMo, and Dupont. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Apartment suited our needs perfectly with plenty of space, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and comfortable living room. Bathroom is a bit tight for two women and all of our trappings, but very manageable. "

"Booked this for Father’s Day weekend with my two kids. I think we were hoping for a kind of “dip your toes in” Chesapeake escape — something between Lake Anna and Ocean City. Saw “waterview” and figured maybe we’d land somewhere special. That wasn’t quite what we got. The house itself is clean and quiet. No issues with check-in. The upstairs deck is the one defining feature — nice for sitting out at night. But beyond that, this felt more like a peaceful neighborhood retreat than a Bay...

"We had a wonderful time staying at your farmhouse! We found it easy to navigate to and the house is as charming as ever. We really enjoyed the private pool during the day and walking down to the deep water dock to take in the picturesque scenery in the evenings. Would absolutely stay here again."

"I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor."
