Perfect Place

We loved our time in 312! The condo had everything we needed plus the facilities were fantastic. Quiet location so we could just enjoy the beach and pool without a ton of screaming and loud music. We were pulling out of the parking lot when our kids asked when we would be back!

Sufficient Accommodations

It was ok for what we needed. No extras or special touches were included, as seen in most other places I've stayed—just the bare minimums. If staying in this unit, plan to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, spices, a blow dryer, dish soap, pan scrubber, etc. Needs to be updated or remodeled. The fridge was very old & you could tell several maintenance issues were quickly patched up instead of fixed properly...holes in walls, mismatched paint, moldy shower curtains, to name a few. The owner entered the unit unexpectedly while we were there. She thought we had left already & had all her stuff with her to come stay herself. Not sure where the miscommunication happened, but we had paid through the following day. We were also asked previously in the week if it was ok for a photographer to come take pictures of the deck. Not a problem, but seeing as she was staying right after us, it seems it could've been done on her time instead of ours. Also, the gate malfunctioned while there & we got locked out of the parking lot for a while. My husband got our & giggled the controls & it started working again. The walkthrough gate doesn't latch, so he was able to walk right through. Overall, it was sufficient for what we needed, but will more than likely be our last time staying at this property.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the condo was breathtaking. The accommodations, bedding, cleanliness, and view were superb. This indeed was an exceptional stay. It was obvious the care and attention the owner displayed in providing the best furnishings for a comfortable visit. Completely awesome and fabulous. This condo will certainly be my new place to go. Our first trip here

This was our first trip to the island, the condo was perfect for what our family needed. Very quiet area, this stay was one of our best yet! Only complaint we would have is the dryer took a while to dry clothes however wasn’t an issue for what we needed! Definitely recommend!

Great place!

The only issue we had were no extra blankets in the unit, and only a sheet and light spread on the bed. Other than that the place was very nice and comfortable, short walk to the beach and 2 beautiful pools. It was still a little cool for the beach this time of year, but pretty nice during the middle of the day.

Cute little place

It’s a cute little condo and very quiet location. The two pools are great for little to play in and the beach access is also a plus. Only things we didn’t really like was that the condo wasn’t the cleanest. Every table and end table had dust or dog hair on them, chopped paint on walls, the bathroom rugs were dirty and stained before we got there, couch and chairs had stains on the cushions, it looked like the rug hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile, the dishes weren’t the cleanest, and we found dirty socks and other belongings from I’m guessing previous renters there. Overall it was a good stay, but for the money we paid I was expecting it to be cleaner.

Family Vacation

This is an amazing place. The condo is better than the pictures. It is very spacious and a short walk to the beach. The pools are very kid friendly and any time I called the property manager I got a response. There were 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room. A full kitchen and it was well furnished. Definitely would stay here again.

Dauphin Island

Peaceful time spent on Dauphin Island. The condo was fine, easy boardwalk to the beach, beds comfortable, balcony furniture adequate. Didn’t use the master bath because the caulking was black from mold. Kind maintenance guy sprayed bleach on it even though all knew that wouldn’t do anything. The dishwasher soap cap was broken but it took calling the building management to find out that they were aware and to just dump the dishwasher soap into the bottom of the dishwasher. Needed to use the ironing board and the closet it’s kept in was full of dust.

Great location, clean, and comfortable

Stayed here too I attend my nephews graduation at Springhill College in Mobile. So glad most of the family rented here for the long weekend. Right on the beach with 2 pools. We had a great time and we will all be coming back! Clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, a very comfortable condo:
