"Das Häuschen war absolut angemessen für vier Personen, prima ausgestattet, ordentlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Man sieht es auf dem Foto nicht, aber es gibt Grünflächen, auch mit Baumbestand, so dass man auch draußen ganz gut sitzen kann. Zwei Campingstühle sind vorhanden. "Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. "We stayed at Seal House for a long weekend with family to celebrate a birthday. Ages ranged from two and a half to seventy. We all had a wonderful time, we very much enjoyed the lovely pool and hot tub. The kids loved the playroom, the adults loved the view. Communication with the manager was very easy and helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. "

"Did need a thorough clean as a little grubby, we were warned that some previous guests had contributed to this. I think 66 steps to reach the property needs to be clearer and path lighting at night is poor.The parking for a large 4x4 is not possible near the house. Views were spectacular and the aspect is lovely, but a little tired. "

Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little...

"Great return visit! Views from lounge, dining area and balcony are stunning. Great to have en-suites to both bedrooms too. The attention to detail on cleanliness wasn’t as great as my first visit though. There were about a dozen dirty glasses, cups and plates, so I had to run everything through dishwasher on arrival and as I pulled back douvet the sheets had lumps of dirt on them. Other than that the place was v clean. I’m sure these can be resolved swiftly to resume usual great standard."

"We stayed here for 4 nights with our teen and 2 dogs. Probably the best equipped kitchen we've ever had when staying in a holiday cottage. Great to have washer dryer in the unit. Perfect location on the park as views across fields are wonderful to sit and look at. 5 mins from Dartmouth and a nice walk on the doorstep. Only complaint is no mirror in master bedroom so take one along!"
