"The noise from people moving around upstairs is very loud, and its nearly pointless going to bed before the tenants in the apartment above go. The queen mattress, and at least 1 of the single beds in the premise need to be replaced. The couch is lounge is uncomfortable to sit on - this also needs to be replaced. "

"Amazing accommodation, comfy stay, great view from the room. Quick and easy check-in. No toiletries or tea/coffee/sugar provided- BYO. The place has no lifts and hence have to get all your luggage upstairs by yourself through the narrow stairs. The approach is a steep climb and may not be very access friendly for older people or with kids. "

"We had the best time at Falls Creek. We loved staying at the Elk. Georgie and the team were very accommodating and so helpful from daily recommendations to baked treats. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend this fabulous location as a holiday spot! "

But we were surprised there was no WIFI. Our visit was Mon-Wed in March and many places in Harrietville were closed. The property was quite expensive and the price increased depending upon how many bedrooms were used. We opted for 1x Queen and 1x 2 single beds.
