"This is not a safe or comfortable place to stay, and the owners should be forced to disclose that it is primarily used by drug-affected people who hang around the halls. When I arrived there were three police cars and six officers dealing with a situation in the lobby, blood on the lobby door, gum stuck on several door frames, drug-affected people leaning over in the hall and unidentifiable stains all over the carpet and furniture. The room was around 40C and the only air conditioner requires...
