The Space:
The property is located in the heart of the historic Bishop Arts District and is one of the areas premier residences. The unit is an open loft style floor plan with sleeping areas separated on two different levels. It has one shared bathroom, one kitchen with counter seating for four, and multiple walk in closets. It has hardwood floors throughout and concrete flooring in the bathroom. Custom cabinetry throughout with book matched mahogany fronts. Interior architectural highlights include custom welded staircase, exposed trusses, and dramatic 18 foot vaulted ceiling. The second story loft space has downtown Dallas views. Building is walking distance from all the area's best amenities and you will not find a better location and living space.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the parking lot, breezeway seating area, and front courtyard seating area.

The Neighborhood:
The Bishop Arts District is a neighborhood rich in history, and was the site of Dallas' busiest trolley stop in the 1930s. Since the area's revitalization, the Bishop Arts District has been featured in the New York Times, USA Today and The Daily Beast for its small-town feel, hidden-gem appeal, and close-knit community. Located in the heart of North Oak Cliff, the Bishop Arts District is home to over 60 independent boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and art galleries, making it one of Dallas' most unique neighborhoods.

Getting Around:
Uber: Readily available and can get you downtown Dallas in 7 minutes and approximately $7.

Dlink Bus: Bus stop is out in front of the building on the adjacent property. Search DART to learn about pricing and schedules.

Dallas Street Car: Local stop is at Zang and Davis .4 miles from the building. Runs 7 days a week to Downtown Dallas from 5:30 am to midnight and is Free. Frequency is every 20 minutes.

Interaction with Guests:
I work closely with my co-host assistant Alex to make your trip the best it can be. She and I both live in the neighborhood and are available for simple questions and more serious concerns. We love helping guests but also have kids and busy lives. Most questions can be answered by reviewing the listing information and we are available to answer everything else.

Great location

Location was great… felt safe and it is very near unique shops and restaurants. Only enough parking for one vehicle. Everything was clean, but one of the swivel barstool chairs was broken and the seat was about to come off the base. The lights in the bathroom had a constant flicker… we let the owner know about the issues.Also, the coffee maker was broken.

Weekend Family Get-Together

We had such a great time in this cool, vintage-vibe loft space. My daughters and 2 nieces stayed here for a weekend in the Bishop Arts area. We loved being able to walk down Bishop to shop AND the convenience being right across the street from a breakfast spot. Check-in was super easy, and the communication with the host/management was prompt and professional. Highly recommend! .

Amazing!

What an awesome place to stay! We had so much fun staying here! It was close proximity to all the major attraction downtown and surrounding areas had to offer! Whether you are on business, or just want to get away this is your place to stay. The communication started off amazing and even after the trip the communication was quick in response. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

My daughter and I needed a getaway. Our stay placed us in perfect proximity of shopping, restaurants and enjoying the Art District. We loved our accommodations and space to sit and catch up. Recommended!

Beautiful Loft space in a Cute Neighborhood

We stayed here for an overnight trip for a concert in Dallas. Loved the neighborhood and how close this space was to cute restaurants/bars/etc. the Space itself was very clean, instructions were clear and our bed was very comfortable. The parking spaces are tight, but definitely appreciated having a designated spot! Communication with the check-in/check-out process was great as well. Would stay here again.

Amaizing location!

Perfect loft in Bishop Arts!

My mother and I stayed here for a short getaway to Bishop Arts District for birthday shopping. This loft was perfect for our stay! Very clean, and the property manager was great with communication! Check in and check out were smooth. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an awesome time staying in the Bishop Arts District. The loft was exactly as advertised and offered plenty of space for our family of four. Property Manager was responsive and considerate. Great overall experience!

A great spot in Dallas

This a great location. The property was clean as well as neat and the decor was beautiful. There are several places to eat in walking distance. I loved that great coffee shop across the street. The only reason I did not give 5 starts was because of the hot water in the shower not lasting long and issues with the door key pad lock ( lock isses was resolved in an hour or so). But I would definitely book and stay here again.
