The house was clean and in excellent condition. We loved having a beach area that was so private. There were nine adults, three small children and two babies in our group and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. I would highly recommend this property."

"Bay Cottage was charming, comfortable and the location was just perfect. We could walk to the beach in less than a minute. It is well stocked and beds were very comfortable. We loved the layout and the boys loved all the games. We especially enjoyed the big screened in porch in the evening and the outdoor shower in the back for getting all the sand off. "The house was exactly as described. Extremely clean! We had a group of 8 and we were very comfortable. Megan is an excellent hostess who is very thoughtful with the extra touches. She was quick to respond and answer all the questions. Her dad was great too. He quickly cleaned the pool one morning even though he stopped by for something else. The house is right next to the state park and 15 minutes from downtown, so a perfect location overall. Can't wait to book again next year! "
