"Very efficient and helpful staff. On checking in, we asked staff to help booking a taxi to the airport on checking out 2 days later to catch an early morning flight to Australia. That morning, right on checking out time 5:00am, a lady staff at the reception personally took us down all the way from the hotel lobby on level 16 to the taxi at the waiting bay. What a service! Deserve a 10/10 marks. Much appreciated - Thank you. "

"建物は綺麗で部屋も狭くはなく風呂もゆったりしています。ビジネスホテルとしては水準を超えていると思います。部屋からの眺めもまずまずですが向かいに高層マンションがあり見えるかもしれません。もうすぐリブランドされヒルトン系列になるとのことですがそれも頷ける建物です。ただアクセスはやや不便、最も近いみなとみらい駅からもけっこう距離はあります。パシフィコノースに用がある人には便利です。"

"Very modern Hotel , i like the hotel expect the room was small , Breakfast seating area was very limited only few tables . Also at breakfast it was quail eggs offered not chicken eggs and some staff were not consistent in our request for hot milk . Location was fantastic so near the subway station . "
