Perfect distance from attractions, slightly quieter area which we loved after a long day in the busy areas. Would recommend!"

"Great hotel and convenient location in Shinjuku. We were able to take advantage of the nearby train stations to get to other parts of Tokyo like Shibuya, Akihabara, etc. We had a smaller room that had a bunk bed style for our family of 3. It was definitely a tight squeeze but we made it work."

"I would have rated this all five stars if it were t for the negative experience we had at the hotel restaurant and the front desk staff. The restaurant staff literally harassed us for 45 mins to “hurry up and eat” since we arrive at 9:45am and the breakfast closed at 10:30am. Yes, you read that correctly. Weird. The man chased my 8yo out of the restaurant after she attempted to get an orange juice in a to go cup. Not cool dude. The front desk staff also were quite passive aggressive and...

"Great location. Easy to find the building when you get lost in shinjuku. New clean building. Great staff. "

"Smallest room by far compared to others we stayed at, could only open one suitcase at a time. Queen bed is against the wall. Bathroom is overall nice. The place was clean and well taken care of and generally quiet. Had two pillow choices. Everyone that worked there were lovely. Breakfast was not too bad, your general buffet style options + rice and salad options. Good location."
