" Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. "

"Our family and fur babies had a great time on the river. This home was our second time staying and met our expectations! Great neighbors and we enjoyed Bayport Inn and Lazy Lizard! We look forward to returning and enjoying the manatees and river life!"

The location, about 1 mile from Rogers Park, is ideally situated on the river with easy access to the marina for kayak and boat rentals and also great for watching passersby head to the inlets and springs all day long . . . then leisurely float back by again with friendly waves and relaxed smiles. "We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend staying at this property, celebrating our wedding anniversary and our oldest son’s birthday. It was very peaceful and we loved the kayaks.
