"Awesome property! Great location on the river. Lots of manatees right off the dock! Has everything you need! "

"Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!"

"Oh my goodness words can’t possibly describe how much fun we had! I spent 20 years of my career working in hospitality, and this home provides all the hospitable feels of home and so much more! I think one of our favorite joys were all of the different vessels to choose from! Kayaks/paddle boards that provide opportunities for two, one or even small kids. Absolutely everything was thought of in this home! We can’t wait to go back. "

"It was perfect. As we swam in the water we listened to multiple people comment on how awesome the house was. The music and the big unicorn helped…. Manatees swam by every evening. "

"Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one."

"An amazing stay on the river. Home was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The river is beautiful, plenty of kayaks and highly recommend doing a scalloping tour if you have never done it. Saw manatees and even a dolphin right off the dock. Overall an awesome experience!"

"Nancy's home is absolutely amazing. Everything you could want or need is provided. Plenty of towels for our family, kayaks were in good shape. We swam and fished from the dock. Manatees swam by daily. The home has a dream of an outdoor screened in space which was great when we had some showers. The boys enjoyed the bunk house. Outdoor shower and toilet were a big plus for our family. We will definitely return."

"We had a great time at this house, as a friend group over a long weekend :). Check in was straight forward, communication with the owner was easy. The outdoor screened in space under the main house was amazing - having the extra fridge and freezer down there was awesome! The fans were appreciated and the inside AC spaces always stayed cool. Some of the folks in our groups with slight mobility issues appreciated the steps and handrail to easily walk in and out of the river. The amenities at...
