"There was no hot water, The water was timid at best. Had to let shower run a while at a lower pressure to get it mildly warm to take shower. The shower temperature controller came off in my hand, It wasn’t securely fixed"

"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"Clean, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with the need for extra pillows. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay for it if you wish. Only issue was the lighting panel was on the headboard and it kept waking us up when one of us moved in the night and only way to stop this was to take the key card out the wall meaning no power, was a little frustrating. "Perfecte locatie in het centrum/ old town Uitstekend vers ontbijt buffet en goede kamers. Koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer wordt ook goed aangevuld elke dag. Mooie badkaner met regendouche. Zelfs de grote tv kon ik makkelijk verbinden via ingebouwde chromecast met mijn Netflix en streamen via de goede wifi verbinding. Ik zou dit hotel absoluut aanraden, alles op loopafstand te doen, en de trein/tram is dichtbij voor de verdere uitstapjes."

"Our group stayed in two different rooms and both met our needs — especially clean and quiet for 5 nights. Would stay there again and highly recommend it. Staff was also helpful with home-cooking restaurant recommendations nearby and holding our luggage for 6 hours after our check out enabling us to have an easier visit to two museums.
