Welcome to our luxurious cabin nestled in the heart of Cuyahoga National Park! This stunning retreat is located within a beautiful boutique campground setting, and offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, as it is just a short drive away from the renowned Blossom Music Center and numerous iconic hiking trails.

The cabin boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation. Step outside onto the deck, where you'll find breathtaking views of the surrounding forest.

This cabin is located within Valley Overlook, a private Lodging and Campground area surrounded by the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Travel just minutes to many trailheads for hiking and biking, or bring your kayak for a day on the river. Check out local restaurants in the historic village of Peninsula, just 4 miles to our north. Hop on your bike and take the Towpath Trail as far north as Cleveland or south to Akron. Enjoy local restaurants, breweries, farm markets and more!

During your stay, you're free to walk/hike around the property. Please stay on the road when around the other sites and cabins, and respect the privacy of our other guests. Hike our beautiful trail to a scenic overlook with a beautiful westward across the valley. The trail entrance is on our map, which we will send in a message before check-in. Proper hiking footwear and attire is recommended.

This two-bedroom cabin space includes:
Bedroom w/ Queen Bed
Bedroom with 2 twin xl beds
Kitchenette w/ dining table
Full Bathroom
Outdoor Deck Space nestled in the forest
This unit is part of a comfortable duplex cabin

This cabin is self check-in with parking available on site.

If you are traveling with two vehicles, please park the second one in the large lot next to the office located in the large brick building. Maximum of 2 vehicles.

Visitors and extra guests are not permitted without prior written approval.

No trailers or oversize vehicles without written approval before arrival.

The cabin will be ready any time after 4pm. We can sometimes coordinate an early check-in for a fee of $30. If you're interested in this option, please send a message with the time you hope to arrive, and we will let you know if we can accommodate this request.

On some evenings, concerts at our neighbor, Blossom Music Center may be audible. The farm across the street utilizes propane canons during the day for a few weeks out of the year to deter birds from eating their corn. Plan to bring a flashlight, as it can get dark in the woods! We use security cameras to monitor our driveway; there are no recording devices of any kind inside or pointed directly at any living space.

Valley Overlook

Great cabin...very clean and comfortable( the bath towels are amazing). Nice and quiet location. We stayed here while we biked the OTET trail.

Great Stay

It was very easy to get into the property - there was no need to check in with someone first and that just made it very easy. The firewood was self-serve, too - just text X# how many bundles you used and that was it; a little on the high side cost-wise for firewood, I think. But the house itself was very clean, as was the bathroom; some of the dishes were not and needed washed again. Only comment I would have is make it accessible; steps all around to get in/out and no grab bars in the shower.

Very well kept. Perhaps my stereoscopic senses are a little off but table and couch in the living room seems smaller than the picture. That was probably my fault. Very comfortable beds.Nice shower. Nice area. Manager very nice. He introduced himself which I thought was very professional.

Easy Stay

The 4-person cabin was very much an easy stay. The keypad made it easy access and the texting check-in/check-out made the process so simple. Everything was clean and easy to use. Would absolutely recommend and stay again if in the Northeast of Ohio. Thank you!

Lovely Stay at the Overlook

We had a perfect short and easy getaway to the CVNP and the Cleveland area. The location was superb. After a day in Cleveland, we pulled right up to our cabin and rested up in nature. The cabin is simple and clean with good beds, bedding, and linens. Well-stocked kitchen, too. Next day with did the Scenic Railroad in Penisula, just a short way away.

Perfect location

We stayed four nights. It was perfect. Cabin so clean and adorable. Best towels and beds ever. Had all we needed. Wish it was warmer to use the deck but next time. Perfect location for Football Hall of Fame and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We will be back.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

This was a great little cabin in the woods that was perfect for my family of 4. Be aware that the cabin does share a wall with another cabin. This was not communicated in the listing and surprised me when we checked in. The property manager could have done a better job of making sure the cabin was stocked with everything we needed. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels and no tissues. They wanted us to wash the dishes that we used, but provided no way to dry the dishes.

Great, cozy cabin

This cabin was very cozy and clean, and fit our family well. The host was great at answering questions and providing check in information. It does share a wall with another rental unit, but we never heard the other family through the wall.

Cozy cabin in the woods

We only stayed a couple nights, but the cabin was just what we wanted - off the beaten path, separate bedroom for the kids, clean and comfortable space. I’d like to check it out during summertime when the woods are full of green leaves. Our GPS was a little confused by the address, but once we found it, check-in was easy, with coded lock instead of a key. Just make sure you look at the map attached to your host’s email to get the lay of the land as there are several cabins that look similar.

We enjoyed our stay in the woods - the cabin all we needed to enjoy our visit to Cuyahoga Valley Nat Park & with family in the area. Quaint, Comfortable, Clean / Tidy - It was great ! Communication with nice owners was great ! We loved it all !

Cozy cabin in the woods

This was a great place to stay! The cabin is located in a campground nestled between glamping tents. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. The campground was very quiet. You must bring food though - the nearest grocery or restaurant are miles away. Be sure to hike the overlook trail (up the hill between the tent campsites). It leads to a gorgeous view of the whole valley. I wish I could have stayed longer!
