The Lull at Culburra is a beautiful coastal-luxe holiday home, located so close to the water that the tranquil sound of the waves washing against the sand will literally lull your stresses away. Surrounded by the Australian bush and native wildlife, located just steps from the beach in the sleepy South Coast town of Culburra Beach. Please note that the house behind is under construction and the construction will be ongoing until middle/end of 2023.
The Space:
Inspired by its idyllic location, The Lull has been thoughtfully designed and personalised by Nerida Thorburn Design with luxurious fixtures and furnishings throughout, all chosen with your perfect coastal getaway in mind. The home provides an experience for all seasons, offering an elegant open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cosy snug.

The carefully landscaped gardens offset the beautiful interiors, making this home the

The Neighborhood:
Culburra Beach is Perched on a peninsula and surrounded by a river, lake, ocean and national park, Culburra Beach offers a multitude of outdoor activities. The Lull is located in close proximity to the beach, river, lake, shops, cafes, and is also so close to some of the South Coast renowned attractions. There are endless options for day trips, from the white sands of Jervis Bay to the many wineries of the region the possibilities for your stay are endless.
We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house.
Getting Around:
There are endless options for day trips, from hundreds of pristine beaches to the many wineries of the region, the possibilities for your stay are endless. It is recommended that you use private transport throughout the Shoalhaven. There is limited access to public transport and the train service only runs to Bomaderry. Some options may include; Nowra taxi service, private bus, limousine service or car hire.

We want you to enjoy your stay! Just a reminder that we use noise monitors to maintain a peaceful environment. We kindly ask that there be no music played after 9:00 PM
