Enjoy fabulous bush and beach views from this generously proportioned Award winning house set at the end of The Bowery right on the beach.

The house has recently been renovated and has quality inclusions.

The house follows the contours of the dune over three levels.
Facing the beach the top level has expansive dining and living areas flowing onto a sandstone terrace and lawn overlooking the beach. The deck on this level houses the spa, barbecue and outdoor eating area.

The kitchen is well equipped and the large open plan dining and main living areas are tastefully furnished.

The main bedroom/parents' retreat (king size bed) has its own separate deck and a luxurious ensuite. On level two are two bedrooms, (one king bed and the other two twin single beds) alongside a bathroom, separate toilet and spacious TV and family room.

On the lower level are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A hot outdoor shower is great for washing off after a trip to the beach.

You can watch your friends surfing or fishing directly in front of the house or enjoy the abundant birdlife at your doorstep.
Quality appliances include Coffee making machine and grinder, large flatscreen TV in TV room, Bose sound system, free Wi-Fi.

This house is perfect for families, intergenerational family groups or couples.

ADDITIONAL per person per night charges may be waived in peak periods when the base rate is higher. CONTACT OWNER to discuss.

Great position right on the beach with sweeping views
The property is situated at the top of the hind dune right on Culburra surf beach at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and next to a bush reserve.

The property has sweeping views from the ocean to the east over the beach, north to Crookhaven Heads and then on over the hinterland to the escarpment in the west. Be lulled by the sound of the waves whilst sleeping or relaxing outdoors - a perfect family holiday or romantic getaway just 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney.

For your added security, this property "Coast@Culburra" is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

The property was impressive to say the least! Spacious, well stocked and amazing location. The only downside was that the spa did not heat up after many attempts and there were no coffee beans provided for the machine. Otherwise it was lovely.

We did not have the best weather for our weekend stay but this was more than compensated for by this incredible house. The hot tub and outdoor undercover dining meant that we could entertain despite the rain and the indoor fireplace made everything cozy. Equipped with everything you would need in terms of condiments, pots and pans etc it was super convenient. Literally is on the beach with an amazing long strip of shoreline which the dogs and toddler loved. Plenty to do for our son with games, puzzles and a car track which he loved. There were also ample board games to keep us entertained. Really well stocked house. No complaints. We will definitely be staying here again!

The property and amenities provided are extraordinary. I was amazed that this was the first time I needn't have brought my kitchen knife along. (The eqipment provided made me realise it was time for me to upgrade my own oven.)The family and our dpgs had a blissful time making memories. I encourage all to do the same.Thank you for opening your beautiful home for use. I hope we will all be able to visit again in the future.

The views, the beach, the house - all were 5 star! I'm already planning when I can come back and bring the family this time. More than enough spaces in the house so that we could chill, be on the phone and do some work without anyone needing to bother the others in the house. My favourite inside spot was in the corner of the lounge with views a plenty. Outside under the tree watching the waves was my morning contemplation spot and often became a chatting spot. Love love love our stay!

Stayed @ coast for my Fathers 80th birthday with 3 generations of family and pet. Judy the host was extremely accommodating and the property was excellent, well stocked pantry moments to beach, great BBQ etc. would definitely stay again and recommend.

The location was top notch with the sound of the waves crashing as you fall asleep. We enjoyed looking at the stars and and the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and great to make a family dinner. Judy was very friendly and helpful, all instructions were clear and we would recommend to anyone.

This house ticks all the boxes for a great beach holiday. Fabulous location and aspect with views to the ocean from the main living spaces and the jacuzzi on the deck is a great luxury touch. The only small complaint was the cleanliness. Whilst it’s impossible to keep an ocean fronted property spotless, the house could do with a deep clean. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This property is fantastic! From the location on the beachfront, to the amazing design of the house, both exterior and interior - it truly is a unique and beautiful property. Everything you can possibly think you'll need has also been catered for. And it would have to be the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in at a holiday rental property - then helped by the sound of the ocean to send you off to a blissful sleep! Can't wait to visit Coast@Culburra again - we loved this property, it was just perfect!

Stayed 15/16 October. We loved our stay at Coast@Culburra. Direct access to the beach. Beautiful views.. watched the dolphins swim past from the living room. Very clean house with Comfortable beds, clean Sheridan bedsheets and towels. Judy answered all questions promptly. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Coast@Culburra. The sound of the waves, the view, the dolphins swimming past, the beautiful, spacious house with everything we needed was a much needed break after my cancer treatment. Our family loved it and I especially appreciated the clean fresh air and peace and quiet. Judy answered all questions promptly and everything went smoothly. We'll be back for sure.

We had a fabulous stay at Judy’s house. It was a beautiful house with plenty of room- lots of stairs but they were no problem for us. The location to the beach was perfect and it was walking distance to the shops. We had a Woolworths order delivered o n our first day which was effortless. It was cold being winter but the fire upstairs warmed the living spaces and small heaters in each room made it more comfortable. There was a minor issue with the spa but Judy organised for it to be repaired on our second day which we appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great to just getaway. The garden is tucked away at the back with a nice view and private. Everyone came back feeling refreshed and recharged. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is pretty spacious.
