"Room stank on entry, like it had been flooded, a mouldy smell. You could only ventilate the room by leaving the front door or garage door open, free for all to walk in. The toilet rim was dirty. The shower was mouldy. You bang your head every time you use the "kitchen" sink. Furniture and cabinetry was cheap. Rubbish bin but no bags, the house needs a big dust. "The bedroom was light and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with good towels. However the downstairs sitting area was very tight for space with the tv mounted on the stair banister rail. The photos do not accurately show the space as is. Also the parking spots are very narrow, my husband had to use the passenger door to access the drivers seat because a 4wd had parked in the next bay, not an ideal situation.."
