"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"

"The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. "

The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. "This is a lovely central place to stay . The apartment has everything you need is very comfortable and is very secure . It’s only a few minutes walk into the town of Como so very convenient. "Lovely apartment 15 minutes walk from the lake via shops, bars and restaurants, it is only 7 minutes walk from Como Borghi railway station. The apartment (on the second floor and accesses via 2 flights of stairs) had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Rent all Como were great agents throughout the booking/arrival process and the welcome gift on arrival was a particularly nice touch. We would certainly stay again if we return to Como."

"On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "
