"If I could rate this stay an 11 out of ten I would. The only thing to note is the breakfast if you have food allergies. Nothing is labeled and the kitchen staff wasn’t able to understand me when I tried to ask about ingredients to clarify. Everything else was phenomenal."

"This place was absolutely disgusting. The coach was soaking wet. The whole room was damp. The sheets had stains all over them. It was such a complete waste of money. I couldn't sleep at all, woke up early and left. Never EVER again."

"The room was incredibly clean—you can tell the staff actually takes the time to deep-clean rather than just doing a quick wipe-down. There was absolutely no stale odor or chemical smell. The staff was also wonderful and incredibly helpful; my sister accidentally left her phone behind, and they made it completely hassle-free for us to retrieve it. We will definitely be back!"

"This is just another property taken over by a middle east family conglomerate where the entire family lives on site and no outside help is hired until the family fills all the jobs that they can. This is one of the better properties I've seen that fit this description. The bed was really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very good. Much at the property was quite antiquated. "I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

Also, is the neighborhood that bad you need to keep the front door locked during the daytime? And you need your key card to use the elevator? It wasn’t worth the savings."
