"We were in Knoxville to be with family and Urban Island was fantastic. You will understand the name of the house when you arrive bc it really is on an island of land! Very nice house with everything you could need. We had a dog we lost a few days before our arrival and the owner’s brought flowers and a dog toy for our other dog. Was really very nice of them! We will definitely be back!"

"We had a mostly positive experience. The location is nice and away from the city, but the road is narrow and hilly, so be cautious if you're arriving at night. The place itself is very charming. We did encounter a few minor issues with the thermostat and had a shortage of towels, which took some time to resolve. If you plan to cook, note that the cooktop is induction, and only one skillet and one pan are compatible with it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"
